What types of sportswear can you produce?
We specialize in OEM production of various sportswear, including knitted products (e.g., sports tees, bra, hoodies, leggings) and woven products (e.g., sports jackets, windproof jacket & pants, swimwear covers), suitable for running, fitness, outdoor activities, etc.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ is usually 800-1200 pieces per style per color, depending on product type and process complexity. It can be adjusted based on order details. And We can coordinate and communicate under special circumstances.
Do you offer design or sampling services?
Yes. We can make samples based on your designs or samples, and assist in optimizing process details. Sampling takes about 7-10 days, and sample fees can be refunded after bulk order confirmation.
What is the typical production lead time?
Regular orders take 30-45 days. It depends on order quantity, process difficulty, and fabric procurement. Rush orders can be shortened through negotiation.
How do you ensure fabric quality and sourcing?
We have long-term cooperation with high-quality fabric suppliers, enabling us to provide functional fabrics with properties such as breathability, quick-drying, and wear resistance. We ensure quality through strict fabric testing (e.g., color fastness, tensile strength), and can provide environmental certification reports as well as reports from any international testing companies（e.g. SGS,ITS,BV..ect.) . Additionally, we support customers in specifying fabrics.
Can you meet compliance requirements of international brands?
Yes. We are familiar with textile standards in the EU and other regions (e.g., OEKO-TEX®, FDA), and can provide relevant factory inspection reports to ensure products meet target market regulations.
What is your quality control process?
Each section (fabric inspection, cutting, sewing, packaging) is inspected by professionals. Final products pass AQL sampling, ensuring a pass rate of over 99%.
What customization services do you offer?
We support logo embroidery/printing, custom care labels, packaging design, etc., providing personalized solutions based on your brand identity.
What are the payment terms?
Regular terms: 30% deposit, 70% balance against copy of B/L. Flexible terms are available for long-term clients.
How to start cooperation?
Please provide product designs, fabric requirements, order quantity, etc. We will quote quickly and confirm details. After agreement, we sign a contract, arrange sampling, and start bulk production once samples are approved.
